Fall is my favorite season. There are just so many things to love about it. The colors, the cool air, the outfits (sweaters and boots), the smells (apples and cinnamon, anyone?), and most of all, the foods! Now you can really get down with the heavier (though not fattening) foods to fill the belly and warm you through. This is a warmth inspired weekly menu!
Monday – Sriracha Wings with Sesame Soy Kale
Tuesday – Beef Stroganoff (I use greek yogurt instead of sour cream and I NEVER use cream of anything! I’ll make a roux with mushroom bullion mixed in.)
Wednesday – Homemade Fish Nuggets with Chopped Salad
Thursday – Fig and Proscuitto Pizza
Friday – Boursin Stuffed Chicken with Arugula Pesto
