My Thanksgiving Dinner Menu is pretty straight forward. There’s a turkey and all the fixings. But we all do things a little differently. So here is a turkey day menu that is tried and true. I hope you all enjoy the bounty you have prepared, being with loved ones and counting your blessings.
First up, fried turkey. We always fry our turkey. Always. It is the best! The outside gets all crispy and the inside stays juicy.
I also serve some good old cranberry sauce. Homemade, of course!
There’s the kale salad that is just divine!
And butternut squash risotto.
And no Thanksgiving day would be complete without mashed potatoes and green beans. My mashed potato secret: add sour cream instead of milk. Sooooo delish!
What’s on your Thanksgiving menu?
