I know you all have been waiting for this…. I have too. I finally feel like I have finished decorating for the holidays. It took long enough. I changed it up a bit this year. My usual colors were red and green. This year I went white and silver. Dreaming of a white Christmas, anyone?
I thoroughly enjoyed decorating with some of my finds this year. Like this great sled. And the horse head.
I recently found a tobacco basket. A big one. And I have been looking for one for literally a year. It was such an exciting find! So I used it to display our many Christmas cards.
In my newly finished dining room, I just used fresh greenery (that I found on the curb) to dress up a wall display.
The center of the dining table is decorated with candles and some gorgeous ornaments that I found at a local antique shop.
While on a school field trip with my son, I snagged some really great oversized ornaments. They make the best display in my foyer.
The staircase got a touch of glam too with gorgeous sequined silver ribbon and lots of lights.
Stay tuned for part 2 where I share our tree! And the fun space I created in the room my family uses the most.
