*This post was sponsored by Nora Mattress by Wayfair. All opinions are 100% my own. Actually, they are my son’s opinions. I just wrote them down.
The time had come. My 11 year old needed a new mattress. It was overdue and I was even finding his old mattress a bit, um, springy. As in, springs were poking me in the back when I layed down to read a book with him or something. So when Wayfair asked if I’d like to try their new Nora mattress, I knew that I could let my son be the guinea pig. Now there’s no going back for him.
At first, I was a skeptic. The mattress arrived in a rather small box for being a mattress. I quickly learned that good things come in small packages. My son loves this mattress and is convinced that anyone who has it will get better sleep.
See, he has never been one to sleep. My son likes ot go to bed late and wake up early. But when he doesn’t get enough sleep he is very cranky and moody. Lucky for me, his moodiness has improved! He claims that he gets “way better sleep” on the Nora mattress. He says that he doesn’t wake up during the night and I can say it has been harder to get him up in the morning because he wants to say comfy in bed. But once he is up, he’s well rested. Over the holiday break I would find him just reading in bed! This was something he never did.
When I asked why he liked this new mattress so much, he said that it is the “perfect balance between firm and soft”. And even though it doesn’t bounce like his old mattress, that’s ok. He says it forms to his body when he lays down and it makes him feel all cozy. Sounds like a good way to sleep to me!
