My daughter knows her way around the kitchen. Now, at the tender age of 7, she can make us breakfast (pancakes) or dinner (tacos or crusted chicken). And she is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to baking. That being said, I am no baker. I don’t like it. But in an effort to keep her occupied this summer, I thought I’d begin looking for cupcake recipes. I have a feeling this summer is going to be cupcakes galore! And boy did I find some amazing recipes!
Are you ready to sip lemonade while relaxing on your porch this summer? What about eating a lemon cupcake with lemon buttercream frosting? It looks divine!
These cupcakes bring new meaning to “amusement park food”. What a fun take on cotton candy with these cotton candy cupcakes!
My daughter’s favorite food is Nutella. My husband’s favorite dessert is cheesecake. Put them together and you have the perfect dessert – Nutella cheesecake cupcakes.
Looking to class it up a bit? Champagne, perhaps? I definitely want to try these Champagne and Raspberry cupcakes!
These coconut lime cupcakes sound like a tropical dream! Can I eat them on the beach?
And if you are missing your Girl Scout cookies, these thin mint cupcakes are for you! Who doesn’t love a thin mint?
