Monday – Beer Can Chicken with Grilled Vegetables

Tuesday – Garlic and Herb Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Carrots

Wednesday – Honey Garlic Chicken over rice (crock pot)

Thursday – Stuffed Flank Steak with Parmesan Risotto

Friday – Pasta Bolognese
