Have you ever wondered how you can have a home that is professionally decorated but within your budget?
Domestic Charm offers a variety of design services to fit your needs – meaning your budget.
Step 1: Phone Call – We will talk on the phone about budget and concept. You tell me all about your space and how you would like it to feel when it is complete. Let me know your dreams! And ask any questions you need. I am here to answer them.
Step 2: In home consultation – Once we’ve decided to work together, I will come to your home and measure. I like to get a feel for a space. I’ll take lot of pictures, and using the information I have gathered from you through pictures and our chats, I will come up with a design plan. Let the creative juices flow!
Step 3: Design plan and presentation – This is where we come together to go over the furniture layout, paint, fabric, furniture choices, etc. Fun! It’s like shopping in your own home for decor. You will get to see a mock up of your room and what it would look like with the items Domestic Charm has chosen for you.
Step 4: Order furnishings and manage contractors – Once we decide on the plan, we will begin ordering furnishings and scheduling contractors for paint, repair, etc.
Step 5: Installation and Reveal! – Moving day! We will schedule a day to bring it all in, set it up and have your dream room ready for you.
E-design is a simple way to decorate your space, near or far, without using full service design. Domestic Charm creates a space for you and you get to put it all together!
Here’s how it works:
You email us pictures and measurements for the room(s) you would like decorated. We will talk on the phone and you will fill out a design questionnaire, then we begin creating a design plan. You will be presented with a concept board and a shopping list, with clickable links, for the items we recommend. Everything will be easy to order and accessible to you.
E-design works on any budget and you can go at your own pace with ordering and putting it all together.
Do you just need to give a little something to your interior? You just don’t know what it is….. Invite us over for some house sprucing! We will come in and move things around, offer advice and recommend some additions. This is usually a 2 part plan.
The first time we get together will be to measure, decide what you want to keep and what you want to get rid of, how you want the room to feel and so on. The second time we meet will be for us to bring any new items that we have purchased for you, move furniture around, hang pictures, paint, etc. It is very fun because it is low cost and you get a designers eye helping you jazz up your space!
