So, this is the last home on the tour. Did you love it so far? I am so impressed with this year’s home tours. If you missed days 1,2, and 3, you can catch up here, here and here. The Ullman Group did 2 homes on the tour this year, both equally as fantastic. Here is the second home….
The house plan is called the Levade and it is 5,211 square feet with 5 bedrooms. There were some great details in this home that I just loved, starting with the dining room. It had a barrel ceiling with wood planks in the barrel. So cool!
The tasting in this home was pizza so I could only get a few shots of the kitchen. It was always crowded! But the pantry door was worth photographing.
The interior design was done by Tammy Coulter Designs. She did a spectacular job. There were two living rooms in this home and both were done so elegantly, yet remained great for family spaces.
My favorite room in this house was the covered porch. I think the wood plank tiles are gorgeous and love the stone fireplace. You could open the doors leading out onto the patio and have a true indoor/outdoor entertaining space.
I also fell in love with the desk in the office! Amazing! It looks like a tree was just shaved off and made into a desk. So cool!
The master bedroom was stunning. It was soft and elegant without being overly feminine. And the master bath had great wood look tiles laid in a herringbone pattern.
The bonus room upstairs had the most amazing bar area with an awesome tiled wall.
All of the bedrooms were fantastic. I really liked the little girls room. The recycled shutters made me happy!
I really hope you enjoyed this week as much as I did! All of the builders and designers are so talented and they really showcased their stuff this year.
